Masti 365 Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

Welcome to Masti 365. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to everyone who creates an account, makes a deposit, places a bet, or plays any casino game on the Masti 365 platform at masti365.im. By registering or continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Masti 365 in any way – whether that means browsing the site as a guest, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or playing a casino game – you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. Your acceptance is recorded at the point of account registration.

Masti 365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered members or by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms are written in English for the Pakistani market. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English original, the English version takes precedence.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Masti 365 you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform does not knowingly accept members under this age. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter a binding contract.
• You must not be self-excluded from Masti 365 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting as a proxy for or on behalf of another person.
• You must use the platform for personal, recreational use only and not for any commercial purpose.

3. Account Registration

When you register an account with Masti 365, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

• Each individual may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.
• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you share your device with another person, ensure your account is logged out after each session.
• Masti 365 may request documentation to verify your identity, age, or payment method at any time. This is standard security practice and applies to all members.
• You must keep your password confidential. Masti 365 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or telephone.

4. Deposits

All deposits on Masti 365 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 200. The following payment methods are accepted:

• Easypaisa – mobile wallet transfer
• JazzCash – mobile wallet transfer
• NayaPay – digital banking transfer
• SadaPay – digital banking transfer
• Bank IBFT – interbank fund transfer
• Visa / Mastercard – debit or credit card

Deposits are credited to your balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this is instant. Masti 365 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose its own charges – this is outside the platform's control.

You confirm that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and belong to you. Deposits made from third-party accounts or cards that are not registered in your name may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Masti 365 account are paid in PKR via the same methods available for deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. The following conditions apply:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). Bank IBFT and card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• If a bonus has been credited to your account, the associated wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Your available withdrawal balance is clearly shown in your account dashboard.
• Masti 365 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals. This is a security measure designed to protect members.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Masti 365 offers various bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion has specific terms attached – these are published in the promotion details before you opt in. Always read them before accepting a bonus.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be bet before it can be withdrawn. The requirement is stated per promotion (e.g., 20x bonus amount).
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be shared or transferred.
• If a bonus is claimed in breach of these Terms or through fraudulent means, Masti 365 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Masti 365 may withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Members who have already opted in will be given reasonable notice of any material change.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. The contribution table is published alongside each relevant promotion.

7. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on Masti 365 – including PSL cricket, Premier League football, and any other sports market – are governed by the following rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the betslip confirmation screen. In the case of technical errors causing a manifestly incorrect price, Masti 365 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.
• Minimum bet amount is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed in the betslip before confirmation.
• If a match is postponed before kick-off (or the start of play), pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability. Odds change in real time and may be briefly suspended around goal events, wickets, or other significant incidents.
• Masti 365 uses an independent trading desk to set odds. The platform reserves the right to limit maximum payouts on any single event as stated in the betslip.
• Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, arbitrage in bad faith, or coordinate betting patterns across multiple accounts will result in account suspension and forfeiture of related winnings.
• Cash Out is available on eligible markets. The Cash Out value is calculated in real time and may temporarily disappear during high-activity moments. Accepted Cash Out values are final.

8. Casino and Games Rules

The casino section of Masti 365 – including slots, live dealer games, Andar Bahar, and table games – is governed by the following:

• The minimum bet per round varies by game and is displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• Each game's RTP (Return to Player) percentage is available in the game information panel. RTP is a long-term statistical measure and does not guarantee results in any individual session.
• Progressive jackpot wins are credited to your account balance in PKR. Mini and Minor jackpots credit automatically. Mega jackpot wins may be subject to a brief identity verification before credit is finalised.
• If a game session is disconnected due to a technical fault, the game outcome will be determined by the server-side result at the point of disconnection. Masti 365 is not liable for network interruptions caused by your internet service provider.
• Live dealer games are streamed from certified studios. All dealer actions are recorded. Any dispute regarding a live game outcome will be reviewed against the studio recording.
• Demo mode is provided for informational purposes only. Results in demo mode are not indicative of results in real-money mode.

9. User Conduct

As a member of Masti 365 you agree to use the platform only for its intended recreational purpose and to behave in a fair and lawful manner at all times. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Using automated software, scripts, bots, or any other technology to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of system errors.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform for which you do not have authorisation.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating any other person.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language when communicating with support staff or in any platform chat feature.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds of illegal origin through the platform.

Masti 365 reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation the account and associated balance may be frozen. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and relevant authorities notified where required by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

Masti 365 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Gambling should be entertaining, and the platform offers several tools to help you stay in control:

• Deposit limits – set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Loss limits – cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session time reminders – receive notifications after a set period of play.
• Cooling-off period – temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-exclusion – permanently close your account for a minimum period. This activates within minutes of the request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Masti 365 platform – including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software, written content, and design elements – is the property of Masti 365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any platform content without express written permission.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any platform software.
• Using the Masti 365 name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Masti 365 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenues, data, or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Interruptions in service caused by maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond the platform's control including internet service disruptions.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any action taken in good faith by Masti 365 to comply with its security or responsible gaming obligations.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other matter where limitation of liability is prohibited by law.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

Masti 365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Provision of false identity or age information during registration or verification.
• Operation of multiple accounts.
• Abusive behaviour towards support staff or other users.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, available balance will be frozen. If the investigation concludes in your favour, the account will be reinstated and the balance released. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be withheld to the extent permitted by law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at closure (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

14. Changes to These Terms

Masti 365 may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, or business practice. When we make changes we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Send a notification to your registered email address for material changes.
• Display a prominent notice on the platform for at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of Masti 365 after any such notice period confirms your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you should withdraw any available balance and contact support to close your account before the changes take effect.
